Match IQ Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Match IQ, including gameplay, tournaments, virtual coins, and online features (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Accounts

• You may play as a guest or through supported sign-in methods.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and keeping your device secure.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users or the Services.

3. Virtual Coins & Purchases

• Coins are a limited, revocable in-game license with no real-world cash value.
• Coins cannot be exchanged for money except where required by applicable law.
• In-app purchases are processed by Google Play (or other platform stores). Refunds follow the store's policies.
• Tournament entry fees and prizes are governed by in-game rules and server records.

4. Fair Play

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, manipulate scores, or interfere with other players. We may remove unfair gains, reset progress, or ban accounts for violations.

5. User Content

If you submit a display name, avatar, or support message, you grant us a license to use it to operate the Services. Do not submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.

6. Intellectual Property

Match IQ, its art, code, trademarks, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Services except as allowed by law.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Services online but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and maintenance or updates may occur without notice.

8. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
